How long will it take to ship my order? Within 7 business days. How do I know what size to order? Upon order checkout, you will be asked for certain key measurements for your monkey. What if it doesn’t fit? We will return anything that does not fit and make sure your product is what you want. Our products are 100% guaranteed. What if I see something I like but I don’t like the color? We will make any of the outfits in any color you would like. What if I like something I saw but I didn’t see it on your site? Anything you want us to make for your pet we will either do it for you or find someone else that can. What is your return policy? We stand behind all our products and will refund your money excluding shipping within 30 days. Clothing can not be worn or washed and we can not be responsible for animals wrecking any product on our site. What if you don’t have what my monkey needs? If you need something and you cant find it here, drop us a line we’ll try to find it for you. How do I know if the clothes are going to fit? If you have not ordered with pampered primates before, then you may not know that when ordering certain items such as clothing, that durring your order checkout, we ask you to type in some key measurements of your monkey.
